Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Indigo War website and registering as a participant, you agree to and are bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Account

  • Accounts are created through Google Sign-In authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to log in.
  • One Google account can only be used for one participant account.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Participant Requirements

  • Participants must register through the available registration form.
  • Information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
  • Participants must comply with the war update schedule and applicable competition rules.

4. War Updates and Copyright

  • All photos and content submitted must be the original work of the participant.
  • By submitting a war update, you grant Indigo War the right to display, publish, and use the content for competition and promotional purposes.
  • Copyright of the work remains with the participant.
  • Content that infringes on third-party copyrights will be disqualified.

5. Voting and Judging

  • The voting and judging process is conducted according to the mechanisms determined by the organizers.
  • The judges' decision is final and cannot be contested.
  • Vote manipulation (bots, duplicate accounts, etc.) will result in disqualification.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are awarded as published on the competition page.
  • The organizers reserve the right to change or substitute prizes with equivalent value if necessary.
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes or other costs arising from prize acceptance.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of the law.
  • Submitting content containing hate speech, pornography, or violence.
  • Disrupting or damaging the site infrastructure.
  • Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Indigo War provides services "as is" without specific guarantees. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Use of the service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
